Run your restaurant on MenuConnect
MenuConnect is your restaurant's online-ordering home base — money, menu, hours, and orders in one connected place. This short interactive tour shows you every screen in your owner portal, and you can safely click, toggle, and type on each one. Nothing here touches a real restaurant.
One connected dashboard
Payouts, statements, hours, and orders in a single place — no juggling systems.
Live in seconds
Hours and menu changes hit your live storefront the moment you save.
We've got the rest
Refunds, menu builds, delivery zones, and branding are handled by the Menu.ca team.

Switch your offers on and off
Your payout position, always on top. Some weeks are cash-heavy and the banner flips to a small balance owed instead — Lesson 3 explains exactly why.
Weekly statements
Every week gets a statement that walks from gross sales down to your net payout — with every order listed underneath. Tap each line to see what it means.
Weekly statement · Jul 13 – Jul 19 · 68 orders
$2,083.50
Commission is collected from the card money we hold for you. If a week is mostly cash orders, the card money may not cover commission and fees — the small balance simply carries forward to a future week. Your home page banner shows this whenever it happens.
Opening hours
Set the weekly schedule customers order against. One window per day — or add a second for a split shift. Every save goes straight to your live storefront.
Weekly schedule
Times are 24-hour (e.g. 09:00, 22:00). Toggle a day to Closed when you don't take orders.
💡 A split shift — like lunch 11:00–14:30 and dinner 17:00–21:00 — is just two windows on the same day. Use + Add a window.
Holidays, vacations & closing early
Closing for a holiday, or shutting early one specific night? Dated closures sit on top of your normal week — they override it for those days, then disappear after they pass. Your weekly schedule is never touched.
It always shows you the change first — nothing happens until you hit Apply.
One tap marks today closed for the rest of the day. It overrides the schedule for today only, without touching it permanently. Add a reason if you like — Holiday, Bad weather, Private event, Staff shortage…
Item availability & prices
Ran out of something mid-service? Take it off sale in two taps — it disappears from the customer's menu instantly, and flips back on just as fast. Price changes carry straight through to the cart.
💡 Adding new dishes, renaming, categories, combos and modifiers are menu structure — send those to the Menu.ca team (Lesson 9) and we'll build them for you.
Looking up orders
"Where's my order?" Look it up by number, name, or phone and read the full status history back to them. It's view-only on purpose — refunds and cancels are handled by the Menu.ca team so money is never moved by accident.
Coupons — flip offers on and off
Your coupons live in one list: the code, what it does, and whether it's live. Flip the switch to turn an offer on or off. Every change is logged, and you get about ten seconds to undo a slip.
Want a brand-new offer or a change to what a code does? That's a quick job for the Menu.ca team — see Lesson 9.
